This document sets out the terms of use for the win-craftlogin.net website (hereinafter: “Website”). The Website is operated by WinCraft (hereinafter: “Provider”). By using the Website, you (hereinafter: “Player”) accept these Terms and Conditions (TC).

1. Nature of the Service

The Website provides an online casino service with real-money gaming opportunities, designed solely for entertainment purposes. Access requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Casino games are not considered investments and are not a source of income.

2. Conditions of Participation

Participation is open only to natural persons with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years old and whose jurisdiction does not prohibit online gambling. The Provider may at any time request proof of age, identity, and address with appropriate documents.

3. Registration

Participation requires creating a personal user account. Each natural person may hold only one account; multiple registrations are prohibited. The data provided must be accurate and up to date, otherwise the account may be suspended or deleted. Players are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

4. Account Use

Accounts may not be transferred or shared with third parties. The account holder is responsible for all actions performed in the account, including transactions and gaming activity. Preventing unauthorized access is the Player’s obligation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the Player’s own name. Before withdrawals, the Provider performs mandatory KYC verification and, where possible, payouts are made to the same channel used for deposits. In cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, withdrawals may be restricted or withheld. Minimum and maximum amounts, fees, and processing times are published in the Payment Information section of the Website.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are voluntary and subject to separate Bonus Terms, which include wagering requirements, bet limits, validity periods, and excluded games. Bonus abuse — such as using multiple accounts or attempts to manipulate the system — may result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, as well as account suspension.

7. Game Use and Operation

Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG), and results of completed rounds are final and cannot be modified. The Provider is not responsible for errors caused by the Player’s device or network. In case of technical interruptions, the system reverts to the last valid state.

8. Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for at least 12 consecutive months, the account is considered inactive. For inactive accounts with a positive balance, the Provider may charge an inactivity fee according to the current fee schedule, deducted from the balance. An email notification will be sent before the fee is applied.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

The Player may request account closure at any time in writing. The Provider may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account in cases of:

  • violation of these TC or other policies
  • suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
  • regulatory request or legal obligation

10. Limitation of Liability

The Player uses the Service at their own risk; winnings are not guaranteed. The Provider is not liable for damages or lost profits resulting from external service failures, Player’s devices or networks, or force majeure.

11. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The Provider acts in compliance with GDPR; Players have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Cookies and Tracking

The Website uses necessary cookies, as well as analytical and marketing cookies (with consent). Details and settings are available in the Cookie Policy and cookie management interface.

13. Responsible Gambling

The Provider offers tools to support responsible play:

  • deposit limits
  • loss and playtime limits
  • temporary or permanent self-exclusion

14. Complaints Handling

Complaints can be submitted to [email protected]. Complaints will be investigated and responded to within 14 days. If the response is not satisfactory, the Player may contact the competent authority or seek judicial remedy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Provider’s jurisdiction. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through consultation; if unsuccessful, the competent court at the Provider’s registered office has jurisdiction.

16. Force Majeure

The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, regulatory action, national network outages, or severe cyberattacks.

17. Intellectual Property

Website content (texts, graphics, logos, software components) is owned by the Provider or its licensed partners. Any copying, distribution, or modification requires prior written consent.

19. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

20. Final Provisions

These TC constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Provider. Registration and use of the Website confirm acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms. This document is prepared in Hungarian; in case of discrepancies, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
